Philosophy Lunch Club

I think this is a great way for teachers or students to spend their lunch break. Watch the video and check out the document!

Basic Instructions:

Once a month participants will get together during lunch to ponder a certain philosophical (or cultural) idea or question. There will be a leader for each lunch session. The leader’s responsibilities include the following:

==> Come with an audio clip (podcast) or video that can be absorbed in around 20-minutes. Or, the leader can read a selection aloud. It should be something the leader finds interesting or relevant.

==>The leader explains why he or she chose his or her topic. Discuss. Minimal preparation is the key.
