I’m thinking about doing the 30-days of discipline program by Victor Pride.
There are 11 things you have to do for 30 days. The list includes things like: 1.) Making a DAILY to-do list, 2.) Dressing like a winner, 3.) Getting up by 5 a.m. daily, 4.) Never having a snack, etc.
Who’s tried it? Did it help you form habits? I’d love some feedback.
