100 push-ups per day

We’re getting close to our yearly New Year’s resolutions! Mine, along with millions others, is to lose a few inches around the waist. I’m coming up with various ideas (Keto, P90X, OMAD, etc.). I just found this video, though, and wonder if 100 push-ups per day is all it will take. Thoughts?

If this works, I have no excuses!
